General Restaurant Equipment steamer cabinet has two separate compartments with four interior racks total. The steamer range is primarily for cooking Asian cuisine such as dim sum, dumplings, soup, or whole fish to name a few. There is a 16 gauge polished stainless steel exterior fully insulated with thick fiber ceramic material. The doors of the steamer cabinet are double-wall with two bottom hinges located on the bottom and heavy duty latches that make for easy opening and closing of each compartment. This unit sits on top of a (1) Chinese wok range(natural gas or propane) and requires only gas and water connections. Both the steamer cabinet and the Chinese Wok range can be customized with a different body, dim sum steamer plates, and cabinet sizes.
