General Restaurant Equipment's stainless steel stock pot (or water pot) is made out of 304 #4 14 gauge stainless steel. This commercial soup pot can be used for a few different cooking methods including cooking soups and blanching vegetables. Typically the water pot is made for an 18” or 20” hole. This item can be customized upon request.
