General Restaurant Equipment Chinese BBQ Roaster is a compact, unit designed to ensure an even and efficient heat distribution. Built specifically for meat products, this Chinese BBQ will provide Chef’s with consistently cooked quality for today’s unique oriental style of cooking.
This double-insulated commercial pig roast grill has 16-gauge polished stainless steel outside and 16-gauge stainless steel back. There is a custom reinforced stainless steel door, adjustable legs, vented top, heavy-duty latch, and hinges that can be mounted to either side.
The burners are controlled manually by a single gas valve with a standard pilot system with a safety pilot system as an option. Dripping juices are collected in a sliding drawer at the bottom.
